The Candy Shoppe Antiques and Collectibles

The Candy Shoppe Antiques and Collectibles holds an eclectic assortment of beautiful, interesting and sometimes strange things . . . but always “sweet!” At the Volo Malls since 2006, this dealer is a life-long collector of those things that have defined who we are and how we’ve lived. Some items are from her own life growing up in a military family living and traveling around the world and living in Africa with the Peace Corps in the 60s, others come from her personal collections and those of friends as well as from her own continuous hunt for the beautiful, the unusual and the historic. The Candy Shoppe Antiques and Collectibles has a large collection of restaurant ware. Some unusual things there right now include: travel and propaganda brochures from Mussolini’s Italy, uncut slot machine reels that look great framed, and an incredible art deco chandelier with glass shades. Unfortunately, there is only so much room, so The Candy Shoppe Antiques and Collectibles tends to have a little of a lot of things.
